Foreign Policy for Canada's Tomorrow

Soft talk and reason – not hyper-nationalist rhetoric – is the path for Canada in the Arctic

Canadian interests in the Arctic are ill-served by politicians and nationalists who fuel a flag-waving fervor instead of pursuing concrete policies in the circumpolar world, says Whitney Lackenbauer in a paper released today by the Canadian International Council (CIC).
